These terms govern your use of the Peptiq iOS app. By using Peptiq, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Important — not medical advice

Peptiq is an informational tracking tool, not a medical device or a healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend any substance or dose. Always follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional, and comply with the laws that apply to you.

Who can use Peptiq

You must be 18 years or older to use Peptiq and confirm this when you begin. Peptiq is intended for personal, informational use only.

What Peptiq does

Peptiq helps you record and organize your own peptide protocol — reconstitution math, doses, cycles, reminders, and inventory. Any calculations (such as syringe units) are provided for convenience and reference only. You are responsible for verifying every figure and for anything you choose to do based on the information you enter.

Your responsibilities

Ensure the information you enter is accurate.
Independently verify all calculations and reminders before relying on them.
Make sure your use of any substance is legal where you live and appropriate for you, in consultation with a healthcare professional.
Keep your device secure — your data lives on it.

Subscriptions

Peptiq Membership is an auto-renewing subscription offered in weekly, monthly, and annual plans, each with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Purchases are also subject to Apple's Standard EULA.

Disclaimer of warranties

Peptiq is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app or any calculation will be accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptiq and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from your use of — or reliance on — the app or the information it displays.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Peptiq after an update means you accept the revised terms.
