The short version
Peptiq is built to be private. The protocol data you enter — peptides, doses, schedules, inventory — lives on your device. We don't run accounts, we don't collect it, we don't track you, and we don't sell anything to anyone.
This policy explains what Peptiq (“we,” “us”) does — and mostly doesn't do — with your information when you use the Peptiq iOS app.
Information we collect
Data you enter stays on your device. Everything you log in Peptiq — peptides, reconstitution details, doses, cycles, injection sites, inventory and activity — is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device database. We do not have a server that receives, stores, or can read this information.
We do not collect personal information. Peptiq has no sign-up, no account, and no login. We do not ask for or receive your name, email, contacts, location, or health records.
Anonymous usage statistics. To learn where people get stuck in the app, Peptiq sends usage events to ActivationPal, an analytics service for apps. An event says things like "someone saw onboarding step 3", "someone opened the membership screen" or "someone logged an entry". Nothing more.
Each event travels with the app version, the iOS version, the iPhone model, the language, the time zone, your App Store country and a random identifier the app creates when it is installed. That identifier is not Apple's advertising identifier or your device's identifier, it is not tied to your Apple ID, name or email, and it disappears if you delete the app. It exists to count how many installs reach each step, not to know who you are. ActivationPal's server derives an approximate country and city from the connection, as any website does; we do not keep your IP address.
What is never sent: the names of your vials or compounds, amounts, schedules, entries, inventory, or anything you type. Counts and screen names only. The code that sends these events is a single file inside the app that can be read and audited. There is no advertising and no tracking across apps or websites. On the App Store privacy label this appears as "Usage Data: Product Interaction" and "Identifiers: Device ID", both marked as not linked to your identity and not used to track you.
Subscriptions
Peptiq Membership is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. When you subscribe, Apple handles the transaction and your payment details — we never see or store your payment information. The app only receives an anonymous entitlement from Apple confirming whether your subscription is active. Purchases are governed by Apple's Standard EULA and Apple's Privacy Policy.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Peptiq schedules them locally on your device through iOS notifications. No reminder content or schedule is sent to us or to any third party.
How your data is shared
We don't share, sell, rent, or trade your information. The only data leaving the app is the standard subscription communication with Apple and the anonymous usage events described above.
Data retention and deletion
Because your data is stored only on your device, you are in control of it. Deleting the Peptiq app removes its data from your iPhone. If you use iCloud device backups, a copy may be included in your encrypted Apple backup under your control.
Children
Peptiq is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Not medical advice
Peptiq is an informational tracking tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend any substance or dose, and it is not a medical device. Always follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, note it in the app.
